Las Vegas, NV - Porsche Crashes into Bus in Central Valley at the Intersection of Decatur Boulevard and Springs Mountain Road

Las Vegas, NV (June 29, 2018) – The driver of a Porsche was injured after the luxury vehicle crashed into a Regional Transit Commission bus that caused traffic jams at the intersection in Central Valley Friday morning, June 29th. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police lieutenant Dave Sims, officers responded to reports of a crash that had occurred sometime before 7:00 a.m. at the intersection of Decatur Boulevard and Springs Mountain Road between a black Porsche and an RTC bus.
The driver of the Porsche was transported via ambulance to University Medical Center where she was treated for moderate injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. An unknown number of passengers on the RTC bus were also transported to UMC with injuries ranging from minor to moderate but were not life-threatening. LVMPD's traffic detail is responding to investigate, and police expect traffic to be impacted as they respond, with westbound Spring Mountain closed west of Decatur.
