North Las Vegas, NV- A 41-year old woman was ejected from her vehicle and pronounced dead following a deadly crash in North Las Vegas on Christmas Eve. The Incident took place at around 12:30 P.M. near East Lake Mead Boulevard and Palmer Street. Police stated the victims were traveling westbound on Lake Mead Boulevard when the suspect, identified as 41-year old Chavez Solórzano, hit the passenger side of the victim’s vehicle. According to first respondents a female passenger in the first vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
Reno, NV (December 18, 2018) – A crash between a Union Pacific train and an RV resulted in the driver being hospitalized with major injuries the morning of December 18th. The crash occurred shortly after 11:45 A.M. on 4th Street near the intersection of Woodland Avenue and White Fir Street. According to a preliminary investigation, witnesses on scene reported saw the driver of the RV intentionally steer in front of the Union Pacific train. The driver was found unconscious by first respondents.
Las Vegas, NV (December 7, 2018)- Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a fatal traffic collision early Friday morning December 7th. The incident occurred on South Durango Drive just south of Soneto Lane. Witnesses say that a 2007 Chevrolet Express van was traveling northbound on South Durango Drive, in the left 3 travel lanes, approaching Soneto Lane. A 2006 Dodge charger was traveling southbound on South Durango Drive, in the center turn lane, South of Soneto lane.
Las Vegas, NV (December 5, 2018) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a collision involving a motorcyclist and another vehicle that occurred Wednesday afternoon December 5th. The crash took place at Hualapai and W. Russell road at around 1:53 p.m. The witnesses state that the Toyota Highlander was traveling southbound on South Hualapai Way and was turning left at West Russell Road. A Yamaha FZ6S Motorcycle was traveling northbound on South Hualapai Way and West at Russell Road.
Las Vegas, CA (December 3, 2018) – A vehicle going full speed in reverse slammed into a Las Vegas Thai Restaurant early Monday morning December 3rd. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department the accident occurred sometime around 4:20 a.m. in the 4100 block of South Decatur Boulevard, near Flamingo Road when the driver of the Grey Hyundai was leaving the hookah lounge nearby and drove in reverse straight through the retaining wall and into the restaurant’s kitchen.
North Las Vegas, NV (December 1, 2018) – 2 people were hospitalized in critical condition after a serious collision at a busy intersection in North Las Vegas Saturday morning December 1st. The incident took place at about 7:00 A.M. at the intersection of North 5th Street and Craig Road. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the driver of a silver pick-up truck was traveling eastbound on Craig Road towards North 5th Street with the victim traveling northbound on N. 5th Street in a red SUV.
