Las Vegas, NV (April 7, 2023) – Three pedestrians were injured in a hit-and-run crash in Las Vegas on Tuesday morning, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is now investigating the incident. At around 11:48 a.m., the LVMPD received reports of a crash involving a vehicle and three pedestrians near Las Vegas Boulevard and Owens Avenue, according to police officials.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers found three individuals with minor injuries, and the vehicle that was involved in the crash had fled. LVMPD is now actively searching for the suspect responsible for the hit-and-run. As a result of the incident, southbound traffic on Las Vegas Boulevard was temporarily re-directed at Owens Avenue while police continued their investigation.

The identities of the victims and the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run have not yet been released. It is also unclear at this time whether the incident was captured on any nearby surveillance cameras or if there were any witnesses who may be able to provide additional information about the incident.

Hit-and-Run Crashes Are Common In Las Vegas
