Truck Hits and Critically Injures Pedestrian

A Ford medium-duty commercial truck hit and critically injured a pedestrian as it was turning onto Flamingo Road from Linq Lane.
A 54 year old male, the pedestrian, was taken to the hospital and placed in intensive care.
Paul Rosquist, 44, driver of the truck, sustained no injuries.
There is a question as to whether he will face charges.
