Teen Killed In Rollover Accident Identified

The identity of a girl killed kill in a solo vehicle crash that injured several others last Friday in southern Nevada has been released.
According to the Clark County Coroner’s Office, 16-year-old Stephanie Rodriguez was killed as a result of a rollover accident that took place at 7 p.m. Friday on Interstate 15 that also sent 6 other occupants of the vehicle to the hospital.
The Nevada Highway Patrol says that 40-year-old Sonia Rodriguez was driving a Chevy Blazer SUV near mile marker 102 when a tire began to deflate, causing her to lose control of the vehicle which subsequently rolled over several lanes and into the center median.
Sonia and a 9-year-old passenger were airlifted to the hospital from the scene, and four others were taken by ambulance to another hospital close by.
