Seventeen Year Old Truck Driver Hits Stopped Vehicle

A 17 year old woman driving a truck hit a stopped vehicle Monday afternoon.
Charles Wayne Wise, occupant of the stopped vehicle, died at the scene in the accident.
The truck apparently showed no sign of stopping. Wise's vehicle had stopped to make a turn from Route 208.
The 17 year old was temporarily hospitalized for treatment.
