A pedestrian was struck and killed when he was trying to cross South Boulder Highway at Tropicana Saturday. The death was ruled an accident. The victim, 26 year old Sammy Ray Robledo, died of multiple injuries. The accident occurred at approximately 11:45 pm Saturday evening. Robledo was hit by a 2014 Fiat 500L. The driver of the Fiat, 35, did not leave the scene of the accident.
Police were told that the car had the green light.
Robledo died at the hospital.
