Pedestrian Dies in Hit and Run

A pedestrian died as a result of a hit and run at appromimately 8:00 p.m. in the northeast valley.
The accident occurred near Lake Mead Boulevard and Sloan Lane.
The pedestrian was a woman. She was hit by a four-door sedan. The driver of the sedan did not leave the scene of the accident.
Authorities do not know if the victim was walking in the crosswalk.
