North Las Vegas Scooter Crash Kills Man on West Cheyenne Avenue

LAS VEGAS, NV (November 21, 2022) – On Saturday night in North Las Vegas, a man who was riding a scooter crashed, and was subsequently struck by vehicles and killed.
The November 19 crash occurred on West Cheyenne Avenue, close to where Simmons Street is located.
The time was roughly 8:30 p.m., according to authorities.
Reports say that according to North Las Vegas Police, the man who was riding the scooter may have been impaired when he crashed. He was subsequently struck by multiple vehicles, according to reports.
Responders pronounced the man deceased at the crash site.
His identity--including name, age, and city of residence--has not been reported.
None of the drivers who struck the man have been identified in reports.
Investigators are working to understand the crash, and the circumstances surrounding it, as well as the sequence of the crashes.
