LAS VEGAS, CA (February 7, 2022) – Early in the evening on Saturday in Las Vegas, a motorcycle and car collided, killing in the rider. The February 5 crash occurred close to Circus Circus, on South Las Vegas Boulevard in the 2600 block.

The time was roughly a little after 7:20 p.m., authorities said.

According to reports, a vehicle--described as a Hyundai Elantra--was making a turn to the left from Las Vegas Boulevard into the Hilton Grand Vacations Club driveway. The motorcycle had been heading southbound on Las Vegas Boulevard when the two vehicles collided.

Responders transported the motorcyclist to UMC Trauma. He died in the hospital.

His identity, including name, age, and city of residence, has not been reported.

Reports do not say if the driver was hurt in the crash. She was identified only as 53 years old. Her name and city of residence have not been reported.

Investigators are working to collect information about the crash.
