Drunk Driver Hits 15-Year-Old Boy at Bus Stop
February 7, 2012 | Car Accident
A Las Vegas woman who claimed that she was the designated driver for her roommate crashed her car into a bus bench and injured a 15-year-old boy.
26-year-old Noel Lynn Lardeo was arrested just before 5 a.m. on Sunday on Spring Mountain Road near El Camino Road when she crashed her 2005 Acura into a bus stop.
Witnesses claimed to see the car run a red light and then careen off the side of the road. The driver lost control of the vehicle and hit the boy. He was taken to a medical center in critical condition.
Lardeo denied having anything to drink, but she failed four sobriety tests and was found with two open containers of liquor in her car.
She was arrested for drunk driving and taken to a local jail.
