A crash between a full bus of students and truck took place in Las Vegas Wednesday afternoon.

According to the police report, the accident took place near the intersection of Sahara and Lamb at about 2:50 p.m. as a school bus collided with a Chevy truck.

The bus was taking students home from school from Jerome D. Mack Middle School. There were a reported 52 students on board the bus at the time of the accident. There was no word of any serious injuries from the students as a result of the accident, though the full extent of any potential injuries is not yet known.

The extent of the injuries for the drivers of the truck and bus are also unknown, but any injuries are likely minor.

Police are looking into the cause of the accident and are looking to determine who was at fault and whether or not any citations or disciplinary actions will need to be taken.
