September 8th ─ The North Las Vegas Police Department is seeking the public’s help to find a vehicle that struck three pedestrians in a hit-and-run crash near Civic Center Drive and Gowan Road in northern Las Vegas late Wednesday night, September 7th. The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. when officers received a call of a vehicle that struck pedestrians. When officers made the scene, they found 3 men in the road. Citing the preliminary investigation, police said an older black four-door Cadillac sedan was heading northbound on Civic Center Drive toward Gowan Road. The vehicle jumped the curb and hit three men, between the ages of 19 and 21-years old, who were walking on the sidewalk.

The driver of the Cadillac that struck the pedestrians fled from the scene eastbound on Gowan Road. According to authorities, the front and passenger side of the vehicle was significantly damaged during the collision. The Cadillac also left behind broken debris such as a passenger mirror and strip molding from the right passenger door at the crash site. 2 of the men were transported by ambulance to University Medical Center Trauma, 1 of them men was listed in critical condition. The 3rd male victim was not transported to a hospital.
