Las Vegas- Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
responded to reports of 2 vehicles that had crashed into a house in the east Las Vegas valley Monday morning, July 15^th. According to LVMPD Lt. Allen Larsen, dispatchers received reports sometime around 6:20 A.M. of 2 vehicles that had crashed into a home near Abarth Street and Sahara Avenue, just east of Nellis Boulevard. Officers arrived to find a gray pickup truck on its side and a 2 door silver sedan also on its side with both vehicles had crashed into the house located on the corner.

Witnesses say they saw the gray pickup truck was traveling at excessive speeds when it lost control and went off the road where it struck the silver sedan. The force of impact pushed the blue sedan into the home. The pickup truck flipped and crashed into the house as well. First responders arrived and found the pickup truck driver inside the
vehicle. The driver was transported to a University Medical Center where they were listed in stable condition. There was no driver in the silver
sedan and officers said they believe the vehicle was parked outside the house.

The driver was suspected of impairment after officers found evidence inside the gray pickup truck.
