An art benefit for a well-known artist and art teacher killed in a car accident late last year has been scheduled for early April.
A head on collision put Reiko Hervin, a respected Nevada artist who emigrated from Japan in 1993, in the hospital with serious injuries on November 6th, and she was pronounced dead twenty days later.
The art benefit will auction off a number of pieces of Hervin’s artwork, along with other pieces donated for the event. Monetary donations are being accepted as well.
