Bus Accident Causes Major Slowing on Highways
March 21, 2012 | Car Accident
A school bus and a car collided on the northbound US 95 early Wednesday morning, causing major backups.
The Nevada Highway Patrol is reporting that the accident took place on the on-ramp from northbound US 95 to the southbound Interstate 15, and that the school bus and car came to rest in the right lanes.
There has been no word on any serious injuries sustained by either driver in the accident, but the wreckage has caused major slowing on the crowded highway.
At this time the cause of the accident is not known, and investigators are looking into the crash to determine if one or both of the drivers were at fault and deserving of criminal charges.
Fortunately, the school bus did not have any students on board at the time of the accident.
