Fatal Head-On Collision on US 95

A deadly head-on collision between a car and a tractor-trailer left one dead and closed lanes late Thursday night.
According to Nevada Police, an elderly driver was traveling south on US 95 when the vehicle drifted into the oncoming lane and struck another vehicle directly.
The driver of the tractor trailer, 41-year-old Mario H. Collazo said that he tried to avoid the oncoming accident but did not have time to react. After the collision the sedan spun around and caught fire. The elderly driver was pronounced dead on the scene. The tractor driver did not receive any injuries.
