Man Dies in Accident with Cement Mixer

One person died in an accident on Thursday when his car hit a parked cement mixer in Las Vegas.
The 62-year-old man was identified by the Las Vegas Metro Police as Thomas Robbins.
The accident occurred on Sweeney Avenue near 5th Place at around 12:30 p.m. when his Chevy Cavalier hit a cement truck.
Robbins was traveling west on Sweeney when his vehicle suddenly swerved to the right side of the road and hit the truck.
He was pronounced dead after being transported to the hospital.
The coroner has yet to determine the official cause of death, but police believe that he may have had some sort of medical problem.
