A semi-truck and a city bus from Phoenix collided Tuesday morning, trapping the bus driver inside.
The crash occurred on 59th Street near Van Buren Street at around 7:00 a.m.
Two passengers on the bus also suffered minor injuries.
Phoenix police officer Sgt. Tommy Thompson said that they will be closing the southbound side of 59th Avenue.
The cause of the accident was unknown at this time.
