Minivan Hunts Down Pedestrian

A man was struck by a minivan on Lamont Street near Nellis Boulevard and Craig Road on Tuesday.
Las Vegas Police report that the man, in his mid-sixties, was hit near a crosswalk, and that his head hit the windshield of the vehicle. He was rushed to University Medical Center where he is listed in serious condition.
An investigation is still ongoing as to the cause of the accident.
