The first annual Ms. Wheelchair Nevada Pageant is set to take place on March 3, 2012 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Henderson, Nevada.

Four women are competing for the local title, and a chance to compete in the national competition.

All of the competitors use wheelchairs as their main mode of transportation.

Tickets to the event require a $5 donation, which will go to the national competition to help fund the event, which will take place in Providence, RI from August 6 to 13.

The purpose of the event is to celebrate inner beauty, personal achievement, and the strength of people living with disabilities.
